The Association of Indigenous Oil Marketing Companies (AIOMC) of Ghana is an industry association that represents and promotes the interests of Ghanaian owned establishments in the downstream oil sector.

Technical assistance can be described as a collaborative and coordinated approach to facilitating change, building the capacity of both organizations and individuals, developing improved ways of doing things, and ultimately, achieving agreed-upon outcomes. The AIOMC believes that it is paramount, that in line with the ever-progressing scape of today’s technology intend, to offer multiple Strategies and Levels of Support for our members. AIOMC aims to offer a broad range of approaches and levels of intensity in order to effectively respond to the diverse and unique technical needs of their members. When determining the appropriate type and level of support to provide, the AIOMC will take pertinent steps to assess the strengths and needs of the member, the desired outcomes, the context, available resources, and any existing time constraints. The Association also intends on aiding where it deems fit the establishing, for its members, an online profile that will allow them to gain access to a myriad of efficient practices as well directly tap into the knowledge available to them over the internet. This includes the establishment of an OMCs personal website and streamlined corporate emails for themselves to seamlessly fit into the professional outlook in the industry.
